Position Summary

Own one part of the store end to end — hardware and tools, plumbing and electrical, or lawn and garden — and be the person customers get sent to.

Thompson's Station Hardware is hiring one full-time Department Supervisor at our store at 1900 Lewisburg Pike in Franklin, TN, ahead of the grand opening.

What you'll do

• Keep your department full, faced, priced, and easy to shop.
• Set planograms, endcaps, and seasonal resets for your area.
• Place orders, check in freight, and manage inventory levels and returns.
• Train associates on the products in your department so they can help without you.
• Walk projects with customers and get them everything the job needs.
• Partner with management on promotions and department sales goals.

A good fit

You have a couple of years of retail behind you, deep working knowledge of at least one hardware category, and the kind of organized streak that notices an empty peg from across the aisle.

Pay

$18–$22 per hour.
