Position Summary

The face of the store. You'll greet neighbors at the door, walk them to what they need, ring them out, and keep the floor looking sharp.

Thompson's Station Hardware is hiring seven Sales Associates and Cashiers, full-time and part-time, at our store at 1900 Lewisburg Pike in Franklin, TN, ahead of the grand opening.

What you'll do

• Greet and help customers in person and on the phone. Walk them to the aisle, don't point.
• Run the register accurately and handle cash, cards, and returns.
• Stock, face, and front merchandise, and help with freight and resets.
• Cut keys, mix paint, and help load bulky purchases into vehicles.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and well organized.
• Learn the products and suggest the rest of what the project needs.

A good fit

You're friendly, dependable, and don't mind being on your feet for a full shift or lifting up to 50 lbs. Evening and weekend availability helps. No hardware background needed. A willingness to learn it does.

Pay

$14–$17 per hour.
